You need almost nothing for a massage — yet a few small things will make your visit more pleasant. Here's a simple overview of what to bring, what to wear and what you can happily leave at home.
In short: come in comfortable, loose clothing, leave your valuables at home and plan to arrive a little early. Everything else — towels, clothing and tea — you'll find here with us.
What to wear to a massage
The ideal is loose, comfortable clothing that allows movement. For a traditional Thai massage you stay clothed; if you don't have suitable clothes, we're happy to lend you some. For oil massages you'll be given disposable underwear and everything you need.
What to bring and what to leave at home
- Bring: essentially just yourself and a good mood — we have the towels and clothing.
- Leave at home: valuables and jewellery, so you don't have to worry about anything.
- Your phone — put it on silent; the massage is time just for you.
Timing and arrival
Come 10–15 minutes early so you can change calmly, have a welcome tea and get in the right frame of mind. How else to prepare is summed up in the article How to prepare for a massage.
