A recovery massage is ideal 1–2 days after hard exertion. A lighter, circulation-boosting massage can be done before a race too.
Will the massage hurt?
The pressure is deeper than a relaxation massage, but never unpleasant. We always adjust the intensity with SOFT and STRONG.
Will it help with muscle soreness?
Yes. Muscle circulation speeds the removal of waste products and eases post-training soreness.
How often should I repeat it?
