What values can I buy a voucher for?

For a specific massage from our price list (from 1,190 CZK), or as a value voucher with credit of 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 or 25,000 CZK. From 5,000 CZK you pay less than the recipient receives: 10,000 CZK of credit costs 9,000 CZK, and 25,000 CZK of credit costs 21,250 CZK.

How quickly will I get the voucher?

The PDF is yours right after payment: on screen and by email. A printed voucher in an elegant gift envelope can be collected at the salon daily 10:00–22:00; the courier usually delivers it within 2 working days.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Enter the voucher code when you book online, or simply give it at reception. The code is on the voucher and in the confirmation email.

How long is the voucher valid?

An ESCAPE gift voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase, so the recipient can take their time choosing a date that suits them. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. We do not extend vouchers, and a voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Who can use the voucher?

Anyone who receives it. The voucher is not tied to a specific name. If you choose the PDF by email, we put the recipient’s name and your message on the PDF voucher. The card in the envelope is pre-printed, without a name or message.

Can the voucher cover several massages, or a more expensive one?

Yes. A value voucher can be used over several visits, and Escape Club members can transfer it to their Club credit. A massage voucher can also be swapped for a different massage: the recipient pays the difference at reception, or the rest stays on the voucher.

What if I lose the voucher?

Write to us at info@escapemassage.cz. If the email with your voucher goes missing, we will send it again; for a printed voucher, we will look up the code from your purchase details.

Can I return a voucher?

Yes. A voucher bought online can be returned within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, as long as it has not been used. If it was already partly used within those 14 days, we refund the unused part. Just write to info@escapemassage.cz and we will refund you by the same payment method. The courier fee is not refunded. Details are in our terms and conditions.

Do you issue an invoice for a company?

Yes. Email us at info@escapemassage.cz, call reception (+420 734 331 444) or message us on WhatsApp and we will issue the invoice. For company events we also offer corporate packages.
