Paying for a massage

Card at the salonPay when you arrive. Card payments are always in Czech crowns.
Cash at the salonIn Czech crowns or euros. Cash is 4% cheaper: the card fee we save goes to you.
Gift voucher or creditUse a voucher or your ESCAPE Club credit when you book online or at reception.
Online in advanceIf you choose to pay in advance when you book online, you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via the Comgate payment gateway.

You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before.

Paying for a gift voucher

Online when you orderYou pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via the Comgate payment gateway. As soon as the payment arrives, we send you a confirmation and your voucher the way you chose.
At the salon or by phoneWe’re also happy to sell you a voucher at reception, or by phone on +420 734 331 444.

We will issue a tax document on request.

The Comgate payment gateway

Online payments are handled for us by the Comgate payment gateway. It is run by Comgate a.s., a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank.

How payment works

When you click the payment button, we take you to Comgate’s secure payment page.
Choose how to pay and confirm the payment.
You come back to our website and receive a confirmation by email.

Payment methods

Payment cardVISA or Mastercard. You enter your card details only on Comgate’s page.
Apple Pay and Google PayOn your phone you pay with the card saved in your wallet, without typing in the card number.
Bank buttonAn online bank transfer: choose your bank, log in to your internet banking and confirm the pre-filled payment. No need to copy an account number or amount.

Payment security

Your card details and bank login never pass through our website. You enter them only on Comgate’s secure page, where all data is encrypted. We never see or store card numbers.

Your bank also verifies card payments (3-D Secure): if it asks, you confirm the payment, for example in your banking app.

Gift voucher delivery

We only send gift vouchers; a massage is a service. You choose the delivery when you order:

The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.

Refunds

You can return a gift voucher bought online within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, as long as it has not been used. Just write to info@escapemassage.cz.

You can cancel a massage booking free of charge up to 24 hours before. If you paid online, we’ll refund your money.

We refund the same way you paid, within 14 days at the latest. The details are in our terms and conditions: changing or cancelling a booking (article 3) and withdrawing from a voucher purchase (article 6).

Common questions

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. You book your massage online and can pay later at the salon, by card or in cash.

Can I pay in euros?

Yes, in cash at the salon. Card payments are always in Czech crowns.

Can I send the voucher straight to the recipient?

Yes. The PDF arrives by email and you can forward it to them, for example via WhatsApp, or print it. We print the recipient’s name and your message on the PDF voucher.

What if the voucher email hasn’t arrived?

Please check your spam folder too. If it isn’t there either, write to info@escapemassage.cz or call +420 734 331 444 and we’ll send the voucher again.

Do you issue an invoice for a company?

Yes. Send us your company name and registration number to info@escapemassage.cz or via WhatsApp, or call reception (+420 734 331 444), and we will issue the invoice.
