Which massage should I choose first?
For optimal relaxation we recommend a 90-minute treatment for a first visit — an aromatherapy massage or one of our rituals is ideal.
How does it work and how do I prepare?
Arrive about 15 minutes early. The therapist discusses your wishes and health and leads you to a bed with privacy to change. Adjust the intensity anytime with SOFT and STRONG. Don't eat for an hour before, skip alcohol and stay hydrated.
How often should I have a Thai massage?
For maximum benefit we recommend once a week. If time doesn't allow, try to make time at least once a month.
When should I skip a Thai massage?
Postpone if you have a cold or feel unwell. For long-term health issues, consult your doctor about suitability.
Can children or seniors have a massage?
There is no age limit — we always adapt the technique and intensity. For children and seniors, gentler treatments such as oil massages are usually more suitable.
