All about gift vouchers

What values can I buy a voucher for?
You can buy a voucher for a specific massage from our price list (from 1,190 CZK), or as a value voucher for a chosen amount. On higher values we add a bonus.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
During online booking you enter the voucher code, or present it at reception. The code is on the voucher and in the confirmation email.
How long is the voucher valid?
A gift voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase, so the recipient can calmly pick a time that suits them.
Who can use the voucher?
The voucher is not tied to a specific name — anyone who receives it can use it. The elegant envelope and your message add the personal touch.
Can I use the voucher for several massages or top up for a pricier treatment?
Yes. A value voucher can be used gradually, and if the recipient chooses a pricier treatment they simply pay the difference at reception. Escape Club members can also convert the value into club credit.
What if I lose the voucher?
Contact us at info@escapemassage.cz — we will try to trace the voucher by its code and purchase details.
